This past weekend I left my phone at home, grabbed my mom and my dogs (Molly and Teddy), and headed to the beach for a sunset walk—and WOW. The view was straight out of a dream: the sky glowing in cotton-candy colors, the waves sparkling like diamonds, and the vibe? Pure magic. No notifications, no scrolling, just real-life connection and joy. The best form of dopamine!!! I know so many of you, like me, are addicted to your phone so I wanted to share some ways you can get real life natural dopamine!!!

Ways to Get Real Life Dopamine (Instead of Doom Scrolling)
- Channel your inner main character and go for a nature walk: No phone, just vibes.

- Write down your dreams: Whether it’s journaling or scribbling lyrics, put those big ideas on paper.
- Cook like you’re on a cooking show: Create something amazing and give yourself a chef’s kiss for the effort.
- Catch up with your VIPs: Nothing beats a heartfelt convo with your besties, family, or fur babies.
- Unleash your creativity: Paint, sing, write, DIY—whatever makes you feel like a superstar.
- Be the moment at sunrise or sunset: Bring a blanket and soak up the magic. It’s free luxury.
- Surprise someone with kindness: Compliments, handwritten notes, or even just a smile—go be a walking heart-eye emoji.
- Play with your pets: Watching them live their best lives is a whole serotonin boost.
- Unplug like a boss: Give your phone a break and step into your fabulous reality.
